Free Press Trip

The trip to the free press was interesting for a number of reasons. The first thing that I noticed was how everybody in the newsroom was on a very tight schedule, however I’m not sure if that’s an everyday thing. Most of the employees seemed a little stressed in my opinion and had no time to breathe. Our tour guide (Andrew?) did a great job of showing us around, and had the epitome of a “tv personality”. He was very outgoing, talkative, and extroverted.

The board meeting at the free press also had a few interesting moments. Two or three of the employees (writers?) seemed to be on a really tight schedule as well and seemed bothered by being drawn away from work to sit at a meeting. I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but they bolted the moment the meeting was over.
